When purchasing new construction I can help
you narrow down your property search. On-site agents will only try and sell
you what they offer in their development. I have the freedom to show you
multiple new construction sites at no additional cost to you! We can
negotiate with builders to save you money. The builder
pays us a commission. If you go into a new development without a realtor, you
will pay the same price. I know the new subdivisions and can save you a lot of
time. In some cases I can even save you money by knowing a comparable
subdivision whose prices are lower.
There are many incentives currently being offered by builders. Contact us for
details. These incentives are constantly changing.

median price for a single family home in Lee County decreased 5% from August
2006 at $250,800.

median price for a single family home in Lee County decreased 7% from July
2006 at $251,022
Fort Myers News-Press - June's
median price for a single family home in Lee County decreased 5% from June
2006 at $268,000. June 07 Median Price is $253,900.Fort Myers News Press - May's median price for a single family home in Lee County decreased 2% from
May of 2006 to $281,500.
Fort Myers News Press - April 2007's median price for a single family home in Lee
County Increased 10% from March at $283,200. This is 1% higher than April 2006.
Florida Association of
Realtors~ March's median price of a single family home in Lee
County increased 5 percent to $268,000 from February's $256,100. This
was still 5 percent less than $281,300 a year ago. Prices have
generally been increasing slightly since October 2006
February's median price for single-family homes in the county was
$256,100 down 4 percent from January's $266,900 with sales down 14
percent to 423 from Januarys 492.
News-Press 3/6/2007, Lehigh
Acres (Suburban Fort Myers) had 81 percent of the new single family
home permits in Lee County for February 2007.
Florida Association of
Realtors. The median price of a single family home sold rose 1.7
percent to $266,900. The number of homes sold dropped 17.7 percent.
Condo prices were up 11.2 percent while sales were down 14.3

Governor Crist eyes $2 billion first year property tax relief. Those
savings are estimated to increase to $4.7 Billion annually in five
years.

December median home price $262,500, up from $258,600 in November. This
is two months in a row of price increases. In another sign the slide
may be almost over, the number of homes on the market decreased for a
second month.
Fort Myers News-Press. 1/23/07. Insurance-rate drop done deal! For customers of state
created Citizens Property Insurance, the average savings could be about
18%. The measure would reverse a recent 21percent rate increase and
cancel a 56% increase that was schedule for this year.
A
nationwide survey conducted by Carlson Wagonlit Travel places the Fort
Myers area and its beaches in the top 10 domestic travel destinations
for 2007.

the average price is $495,500. I do not expect this rapid price
